ALL reflector

The all department reflector is comprised of Theatre Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, Staff and current TA email addresses. This reflector was set up for departmental business and it should only be used for that purpose. Only Faculty, Staff and TAs have permission to post to this reflector. Undergraduate students are not granted permission to use this reflector. Faculty and TA's who wish to disseminate information that does not directly relate to departmental business (administration, curriculum, production) should request that information to be placed in the weekly newsletter. Items may also be submitted to the administrative staff for consideration of the Chair. After gaining approval they will be sent out on the reflector.

FACULTY STAFF reflector

The faculty and staff reflector is comprised of current Theatre faculty, Adjunct Faculty, and Staff email addresses. This reflector was set up for departmental business of a sensitive nature or of concern to Faculty and Staff only. Only Faculty and Staff have permission to post to this reflector. Messages should relelate to Departmental business.

AREA reflectors

The area reflectors are comprised of the faculty/ or fauclty and TAs of a specific area. These reflectors were set up for communication within an area and are for departmental business only. Only members of the reflectors have permission to post to them.

GRADUATE reflector

The grad reflector is comprised of all current Graduate Student email addresses. This reflector was set up to encourage communication between students. In addition to departmental messages, notices about social events, personal projects, etc. are encouraged. All Graduate Students, Faculty and Staff have permission to post to this reflector.

UNDERGRADUATE Reflector

The undergrad reflector is comprised of all current Theatre majors, Double Majors, and Theatre/Ed students. This reflector was set up to send the weekly newsletter. Only the administrative staff has permission to post to this reflector. All Students and Faculty may submit notices for consideration. With approval, they will be sent out on the reflector or in the newsletter.

COURSE Reflectors

Only instructors and class members may post to these reflectors.

PRODUCTION Reflectors

Only cast, crew, stage managers, directors and those closely involved with a production may post to these reflectors. Messages should relelate to Departmental business.

CAPA Reflector

Only the CAPA Students, the CAPA Advisor, and CAPA support staff have permission to post to this reflector. Messages should relelate to Departmental business.

AFFILIATE reflector

Only faculty and staff have permission to post to this reflector. Messages should relelate to Departmental business.
